RKE Working Summarizing Conference

At 18:30 p.m. on Monday, December 7, director Miao of the management department convened the heads of all departments of RKE to hold a Working Summarizing Conference, with the participation of important heads of business department, after-sales department, engineering R & D department and administration department. Although it was time to get off work, the comrades attending the meeting still arrived at the scene on time and made sufficient preparations for the work content of the meeting report.

At the summary meeting, director Miao gave a brief summary of last week's work plan , regular business meeting, employee training meeting, 5S score examination and the management of department employees, in order to coordinate the orderly operation of each department, record and review the important meetings of the company, and realize the common growth of individuals, departments and enterprises.

The meeting lasted nearly an hour. The the comrades attending the meeting concentrated on the report made by director Miao, gave positive feedback according to the situation of their department, and raised questions to promote the next work.
